The Port Performance Report and Port Profiles
provide nationally consistent performance measures on capacity and throughput
for the Nation’s largest tonnage, container, and dry bulk ports.
- Throughput measures including monthly vessel dwell times, annual tonnage and TEU counts, and other annual throughput measures.
- Port capacity measures include physical size (acreage) of terminals, length of berths, depth of access channels, and the amount and type of cargo handling equipment (e.g., container cranes)
- Individual port profiles in online dashboards, with “How-to” video available.
